Amir Khan
Amir Khan is an Associate Lawyer at LDDC and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and housing-sector litigation, including condominium disputes, residential tenancy matters, property disputes, contractual disputes, and appellate advocacy.
Amir represents clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, as well as administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Amir received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. Before joining LDDC, he practised at a Bay Street insurance defence firm, where he gained experience managing complex, multi-party litigation. He also brings international experience from Hong Kong, where he worked on corporate structuring, arbitration, and commercial litigation matters. Fluent in English, Pashto, Urdu, and Hindi, Amir brings a multilingual perspective to his litigation and advisory practice.
