Anthony Spadafora
Anthony Spadafora is an Associate Lawyer at LDDC, practising housing law with a focus on condominium law, residential tenancy law, and related litigation and advisory work. He advises and represents condominium corporations, boards of directors, landlords, property managers, and other multi-residential housing providers in a broad range of disputes and operational matters.
Anthony regularly appears before courts and administrative tribunals across Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He is known for delivering practical, efficient, and results-driven legal solutions.
Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Since joining LDDC, he has developed a strong practice focused on condominium, residential tenancy, and multi-residential housing matters, providing strategic advice tailored to his clients’ needs.
