Bradley Chaplick
Bradley Chaplick was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada) in 2009 and received his J.D. from Queen’s University Law School in 2008. As a partner at LEVITT DI LELLA DUGGAN & CHAPLICK LLP, Bradley serves as Team Leader of the firm’s Condominium Law Practice Group.
Bradley regularly represents his condominium clients at the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, enforcement of condominium rules and regulations through mediation, arbitration and court applications, and collection of unpaid common expenses. Bradley frequently acts as a chairperson for condominium meetings and provides advice and written opinions to condominium boards of directors.
Bradley also provides mediation and arbitration services and is a mediator member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. Bradley’s mediation and arbitration practice focuses on condominium disputes, landlord and tenant, commercial leasing, human rights, and workplace and employment matters.
