Bradley Chaplick

Bradley Chaplick is a Partner at LDDC and Team Leader of the firm’s Condominium Law Practice Group. He provides advice to condominium corporations, declarants, boards of directors, and property managers.

Brad provides board-ready advice, strategic counsel, and written opinions on complex condominium matters. He frequently chairs condominium meetings and is relied upon for steady, practical guidance on governance issues, owner disputes, compliance matters, shared facilities agreements, and common expense collections.

Brad has represented condominium clients in statutory mediation and arbitration, before the Condominium Authority Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and at all levels of court in Ontario. His litigation practice includes common expense collection, compliance and enforcement proceedings, oppression applications, employment disputes, human rights matters, condominium governance and administration, and shared facilities disputes.

In addition to his advisory and advocacy work, Brad maintains an active mediation and arbitration practice and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Ontario. He mediates and arbitrates disputes involving condominium law, shared facilities, residential tenancies, commercial leasing, human rights, and workplace and employment matters. He has also served as a court-appointed condominium administrator.
