David Di Lella

David A. Di Lella is a founding partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP. He graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario and went on to earn his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998. He was called to the bar in both Ontario and New York State.

David’s litigation practice focuses on civil litigation, regulated health care professional disciplinary proceedings, insurance disputes, serious personal injury matters and condominium law.

David's solicitor practice includes mergers and acquisitions.

David has successfully appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario and numerous administrative tribunals on behalf of his clients.
