David A. Di Lella
David A. Di Lella is a Senior Partner at LDDC and a key member of the firm’s leadership team. He graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario and earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the bar in both Ontario and New York State.
David is an experienced advocate and trusted advisor with a broad practice spanning complex litigation, insurance disputes, corporate and commercial matters, and regulatory proceedings. He acts for condominium corporations, residential landlords, multi-family developers, property managers, and housing providers across the full spectrum of disputes arising within the housing industry.
David regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and administrative tribunals, where he represents clients in complex and high-stakes matters. His litigation practice includes civil and commercial litigation, insurance disputes, condominium litigation, serious personal injury matters and proceedings involving regulated health professionals.
David is known for his sound judgment, measured advocacy, and ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity and precision.
