Kimberley Pesino
Kimberley Pesino is a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She studied Psychology at York University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree prior to graduating with a paralegal diploma from Seneca College. In 2014, Kimberley started her legal career at a law firm specializing in high volume civil litigation for various commercial enterprises. In 2015, Kimberley joined the Legal Services Division at Toronto Community Housing Corporation, the largest social housing provider in Canada. From 2017 to 2022, Kimberley was employed by Toronto Community Housing Corporation as a paralegal. During her employment, Kimberley represented Toronto Community Housing Corporation before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court. In March, 2022, Kimberley joined Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP as a paralegal, where she has, among other things, continued to build on her extensive experience by advising and representing landlords with respect to their various legal matters.
