Rosa advises and represents clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board, preparing the applications and supporting documentation required to move these files forward efficiently and effectively. Rosa holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, with a minor in Sociology, and a postgraduate certificate in Paralegal Studies.
