Tatiana Vasquez
Tatiana Vasquez is an Associate Lawyer at LDDC, practising housing law with a focus on condominium law, civil litigation, and related advisory work. She advises and represents condominium corporations, boards of directors, property managers, and other housing-sector clients in a range of condominium-related matters, regulatory issues, and civil disputes.
Tatiana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025, after previously being called to the bar in Colombia in 2010. Before becoming a lawyer in Ontario, she was licensed as a paralegal in 2022 and completed her articling term with LDDC in 2025.
Tatiana brings a unique regulatory and international perspective to her practice. Before joining LDDC as an Associate Lawyer, she served as a Compliance Officer with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, where she conducted complaint assessments and investigations. Before relocating to Canada, she maintained a diverse legal practice in Colombia, representing military personnel in criminal and disciplinary proceedings, handling constitutional matters involving international humanitarian law, and advising small businesses on commercial and employment disputes.
Beyond her practice, Tatiana is fluent in Spanish and volunteers as a governance advisor to the SustEnable Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Colombia that she co-founded. The foundation promotes sustainability and community development through education, training, and collaborative initiatives focused on environmental governance, renewable energy, sustainable tourism, and responsible resource management.
