Timothy M. Duggan
Timothy M. Duggan was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada) in 2010. He received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. He is a partner at LEVITT DI LELLA DUGGAN & CHAPLICK LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of condominium law and litigation, residential tenancy law and litigation, civil and commercial litigation, and appellate advocacy. He has appeared before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. In addition to regularly appearing in court for his clients, Tim also assists them in drafting and negotiating documents, including condominium by-laws and rules, leases, agreements, and policies. Tim has also lectured for a number of professional and trade organizations, including the Canadian Condominium Institute, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario, and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and he has taught the Registered Condominium Manager course at Humber College and at numerous property management companies.
